The NTA made this announcement through an official notice on its website.
The notice on the official website stated, "The National Testing Agency has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the Ph.D. Entrance Test for DU, JNU, BHU, and BBAU for admission to Ph.D. Programs for the academic session 2023-24. Advance Intimation Slip informing the candidates of the allotment of the examination city has been hosted on – phd-entrance.samarth.ac.in. The candidates are required to check/download the same using their Application No. and Password from the website."
It's important to note that the examination city intimation slip is meant to inform candidates about their examination city and is not the admit card. The NTA underlined in its official notice that admit cards for the NTA PhD Entrance Examination 2023 will be released shortly on the official website. The notice further clarifies, "This is only an Advance Intimation of the Examination City Allotted where the Examination Centre will be located, to facilitate the candidates. The Admit Card of Entrance Examination will be issued shortly.
